Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

If I take my car to a mechanic and he tells me he cannot fix the car but can help me pass emissions but never returns my car or calls after 3 months. Can I sue him?

Have you called the police?

If not, do so.

Thereafter, if there is no relief, sue the company/mechanic in small claims court if the value of your car is less than $15,000.
