Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

if someone files a publication suit under your nick name an you do not respond to it will you get in trouble with the law there would be no way the police could force you too take on the identity of a name that's not yours if they have no proof that the name is connected too you? yo have the full right too not accept the served lawsuit papers an say hey they is some one Else's name on this this does not belong too me that's not my name? am i right is that true?

Your post makes it sound like you knew of a suit against you and ignored it. That can have severe bad consequences to you and you need to call your lawyer ASAP.
