Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Pressing Charges

Hello, in 2002 I unfortunately bought a condo in Atlanta, Ga and got myself unwittingly involved in mortgage fraud. I have consulted lawyers and one of them has said that I waited too long to do anything. I was busy trying to save my home from foreclosure and I have written letters to the F.Bi.I. and the Attorney general in GA to no avail. Somebody suggested that I can press charges against the mortgage officer who padded my income so that I could get 2 loans with very high interest rates. Is this true? If so, how can I do it? Thank you.

Discuss with your lawyer, or the police where the property is located.
