i am a deportee from usa having lived for 37 years green card holder offence committed federal document fraud (aggraveted felony)sentenced for 21 months in federal prison and having completed sentence they have deported me with three year probation,family in usa citizens how to get back to usa?

Dear Inquirer:

There is a permanent bar to readmission if you have been convicted of an aggravated felony. Your only recourse would be to have a criminal defense attorney review the case and see if there is any way to obtain post-conviction relief, so that the conviction will not be deemed an aggravated felony.
