Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

Residency

My wife is a US citizen and I filled for residency 8 years ago, which is still pending due. Now we are currently seperated and I moved from New jersey to Georgia. My question is, is it possible to reapply in Georgia with my children that was conceived through the marriage? If yes, what should be the 1st step?

Re: Residency

Your questions sounds odd. Please email date of marriage and exact status of your wife. Green card applications do not normally take more than 3 years. Email answers to [email protected].

Re: Residency

Your child would have to be 21 years old to apply for you. I would do a Freedom of Information Act Request to see what happened to your case.If you were interviewed, maybe it was approved & you don't know it. Otherwise, even if your spouse cooperates & you don't divorce, it is highly unlikely that your green card will ever be approved through you spouse.
