Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia

home owners policy

I own property with my 2 siblings. We inheritted this home,

We all pay for the homeowner's policy, but have found my brother has the homeowner's ins. with his Farm policy. None of us live in this house and he does not farm at this house.

I feel the home should be seperated from the farm policy.

But, cannot get my other siblings to do so.
