Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

software termination

Our client ran out of money, so we want to create a letter that stops the software development. They already agreed that the software we built (internet based) will revert back to us, and we will have full ownership / copywright of the code. I was told by ''FindLegalForms'' that you could tell me either the form number to get or where to get such a document. Thanks Brian

Re: software termination

There is no such legal form. A correspondence that confirms to the terms of the software agreement should be drafted and sent. And there may be some obstacles in the contract. Have a local attorney review the agreement and write the letter (or take whatever action is required).
