Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My company has installed gps monitoring systems in our trucks.It reported me trveling 77 in a 70 mph zone.I was told that I am to be charged $150.00 for this violation by the company.Is this legal?

If that is part of your contract with your employer (ie, those are the rules provided to you), then in all likelihood, yes. You failed to tell us whether those are the rules you were informed about ahead of time, which obviously would have been important information. Speeding by employees can cost a company money with extra gas, insurance, possible wrecks, etc.
