Does an employee have the legal right to have access to their drug test if found positive and randomly done by the company

In Georgia I know of no law that provides that an EE has a right to their drug test records. However, should any type of action be taken against you for testing positive such as discipline or a termination the circumstances could be different. Specifically, should you challenge the action either in an EE grievance procedure or unemployment hearing, then you should have discovery procedures that would allow you to get such documents.
