I was fired from my job in Georgia. Does the non-compete agreement that I signed when I was hired still apply?

No one here has a copy or knows what it says, and you did not tell us. Does the contract say the provision is not applicable if you are terminated?

Most non-compete agreements apply for a specified period of time after the employment ends, regardless of the reason for your separation. For non-competes signed prior to 1/1/11, Georgia law made it difficult to enforce them. I would be happy to offer you a free initial consultation by phone to further discuss your particular circumstances.
