Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

a friend of mine owns a business and is an alcholic who drinks, and allows employees to drink on the job. setting aside an accident or dui, are there legal actions that can be taken against the owner?

There may be both civil and criminal consequences for the owner of the business. For instance, if any of the employees are not at least 21 years of age, the owner has a problem. If an employee, who has been drinking on the job, hurts himself (or heaven forbid, a patron), the owner has civil liability. There's a million scenarios where the employer may incur civil and criminal liability as a result of his very foolish actions.
