Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Harrassing email

I had a problem with a coworker and went to my superviser who didnt really listen to my problem, so I went to a older super and the next thing i know I receive this email from my super I took it as him being cocky and harrassing do you?

I just wanted to say I apologize if you took offense to anything me or W------ said to you yesterday. We are not personally attacking you when we ask you to get out of not ready. During Code Red I ask any of the floor walkers to tell anyone in Not Ready to get out. Its because during this time all breaks and scheduled activities are canceled, so there should be no not ready. In the future if you need to go into not ready during this time please just let me or another supervisor know so we are aware of what you are doing. I understand you want to go to J----- L----- or S---- E-----regarding this issue. This is fine, J----- will be back tomorrow, S---- will be back next week. I ensure you they will back me up on the procedures we use on the floor but you are more than welcome to speak with them. Please let me know if you run into any issues I can help you with

Re: Harrassing email

Petty problems in the work place, such as you thinking an email is rude or "cocky," do not belong in, or near, the courthouse.
