Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My Husband does referral work for a car dealership. They promise to pay for services within 48 hrs. The payments are load onto a credit card provided by the dealership.

However, the last few deals he made with them he was not paid for. Every time he calls to inquire about payment, they give him the run around.

They have recently closed all of their locations except the one in which he sent his deals to.

What is the best way to stop getting the run around and finally get paid the $800 due for services?
