Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

What to do next and what kind of case this is?

Hi,

Few days ago I went to Georgia for a approx. 1 month contract job of managing a franchise motel becoz the owners were going to India. I have seen that motel owner's behaviour was not good enough so I wanted to quit the contract job. I have been telling them since last 3 days that I didn't wanted to work there anymore but they were forcing me that this won't happen again and please stay, etc, so I let go and stayed but again on the 4th day same thing happened and I finally told them while we were talking over the phone that look let's wind-up this thing, I don't want to work here anymore. All of a sudden owner's husband started yelling at me over the phone and before I can reply him he hung up the phone. So I dialed my mom to tell her about what happened. By the time I dialed her (it just took few seconds) the owner and her husband came running into the office and told me to get out of there and spoke all kind of bad words. I told owner not to speak like that to me by pointing finger at her (not close to her), and all of a sudden she pushed me and told me to get out. I immediately called 911 for help. Police just gave me a case no. yet. What kind of case is this, labor? What should I do now? They also didn't pay me enough.

Your remedy was to call the police. WHat else are you looking for - time, energy and money because the woman pushed you and told you to get out? What harm did you suffer? We also can't guess what you mean by not getting paid enough.
