Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I was laid off in October 2011 because the board of directors decided to eliminate the Chief Executive Officer position. They immediately made the COO in charge of the organization. Today I just found out that her title was changed and she is now the executive director which is the same thing as CEO. Do I have any legal rights.
