I have a complaint of:

1-assult

2-False charges from an employer

How much time do I have to formulate my complaint and initial documents to sue........

For a personal injury (assuming that's what the assault was), you have 2 years in which to file. For defamation of character (if that's what the false statements amount to), you have 1 year.
