Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I work for a non profit agency. our office hours are from 9-5 and I get paid from 9-5, can I be required to start work 30 minutes early without getting paid. I am the receptionist and I am the only employee who has this requirement in the agency. I have been working here since 2008. I have been doing this for about 2 years, I have been put on probation a few times for not coming in at 0830 and being 10-15 minutes late. Today I came in at 0840. I may lose my job today

You don't tell us whether you are salary, hourly, etc. "Office hours" are likely not relevant. Many employees on salary work many more hours. If you are hourly, you likely need to be paid for time worked (factoring in lunch, etc - info we don't have). In short, details are important.
