Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

disposessory

Our tenants signed a lease that states if they do not pay the rent by the 20th of the month we they agree to move out voluntarily and immediatlety without legal action. It is now the 24th we have not been paid and they are still in the property. Can we go put them out since they signed the lease? Or do we have to file at court? We live in Georgia

Re: disposessory

The dispossessory process cannot be circumvented unless the tenant moves out voluntarily, even if the lease says differently.

You have to file a dipossessory action.
