Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I was invited to live in my boyfriends apartment until the end of October. He has a signed lease to stay until Oct. 29th.....or; at least his father does. Now my exboyfriend is moving early but I have furnished this apartment and want to stay until the lease is up. Besides, I don't have enough money to move. This is in Georgia where eviction papers have to be served if it's a home but not sure about these circumstances. I have lived here 3 months, my mail comes here, given apartment keys, etc. What are my rights. The parents (who signed the lease) are driving from Naples, florida with the intention to kick me out. Help, please

This is the risk you accept by moving into someone else's apartment or house. Here it is even more of a risk because your boyfriend was not even a party to the lease. Even if they had to go through a formal eviction process with you, and you forced them or the apartment complex to go to that trouble (and they would since you are not even on the lease apparently), the likely result is that you would have a legal action and dispossessory/eviction on public court records and likely your credit report, making it difficult, if not impossible, for you to get your own apartment later. Treat your decision as a lesson learned.
