Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I received a 90 day notice to vacate my rental dated Nov. 5, 2014 and but no later than Feb. 28, 2015 which I when my lease expires. The owner wants to move back in. 90 days will be Feb 5, 2015. I have written and emailed management company but they have not answered. What is the soonest I can legally move out without penalty or losing my security deposit? I might find something before Feb. 28, can it be before Feb. 5, or between Feb. 5 and 28th. I live in the state of Georgia.

Your answer is found in your lease. You say it expires Feb 28, so that is your answer. Your lease probably also says that it can only be amended in in writing and signed by both parties. If you want an earlier date, contact the landlord and agree, in writing, on an earlier date.
