Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

If your rental lease has expired are you still legally bound to all terms of the lease? I live in Georgia and my rental lease expired 1 october 2012, I gave my landlord notice of my intent to move on 30 November 2012. I paid my rent for November and December 2012. I moved out 31 December 2012. Landlord is withhold security deposit say I broke lease by not giving a 60 day notice. Is this legal what recourse do I have? Since lease was over is this considered a tenancy at will?

The place to start is to read your lease. What does it say about what happens at the end of the term? We don't have it, and you did not tell us, so you need to read it. If it is not clear, post again with all details.
