i can't rid of my boyfriend

i let my boyfriend move in my apartment with me, he is not on the lease. he does recieve mail here and the cable bill is in his name. but he doesn't pay bills. he works part time ane mostly sits at his computer the rest of the time. i however work 10-12 hrs a day. i have asked but he just won't leave. what should i do?

You would probably be considered a landlord and he is your tenant (actually sub-tenant). So, you need to give him 60 days' notice to leave. If he does not leave by then, you may file a dispossessory proceeding (eviction).
