Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

A pharmacy gave my 17 yr old son his prescription for the wrong mg. Instead of 50mg, they gave him 100mg. He did not consume one, but the pharmacy did admit the error. Do i have a case?

Case for what? They made a mistake, they fixed it, and there was no harm done. Depending on the medicine, they have to report the mistake. Are you really asking whether this is an opportunity for you to get a really big check? Of course not.

A case for what?

You have a right to have them correct the error and refund any erroneous charges. If you ask them they will do that.

No, this is not your winning lottery ticket. It is not a legal matter whatsoever.

Go to the pharmacy and have them fix the mistake. They will be happy to apologize and correct things.
