Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

fall at school

my son was at school and he fell off the monkey bars and broke his arm and he had to have surgery to put pins and srews in his arm,and the nurse tried to push his boneback down and it popped back up and i feel like that did not help him now he is in all kind of pain and he also have adha and the school knew that do i have a case.

A case against who? Kids fall and have accidents all the time. That alone is not a basis for a lawsuit. Did you instruct the school that your child is not to participate in these activities? ADD or ADHD, to the extent they exist, is not, alone, a reason to deny recreational activities and if it was, it is likely a joint parent/school decision. Did the ADHD cause him to fall? With respect to how the arm was treated, again, it is a painful injury and process. I know from experience. Some pain is reflective of the healing process and the mere fact that it is a broken bone. Setting the bone is not pleasant, and the fact that the exerience was painful is not grounds for a lawsuit. We can't second guess the medical staff. You'll have to see a personal injury lawyer, and get an independent medical opinion if there is more to the story.
