My friend allowed another friend to borrow his car for a night's period. The friend who borrowed the car was in an accident and totaled the car. The friend who borrowed the car was also hospitialized. Who is responsible for the medical bills and car's damage?

You haven't said who was at fault, if the insurance covers a person borrowing the car, and if the driver had any insurance of his own, so that is why no one has been able to answer you.
