if i am walking down the sidewalk with an elderly neighbor who is walking a dog and i am walking a dog and my three year old daughter, can she sue me for tripping?

The other two answers are correct.

In addition, regardless of your negligence, intent, or lack thereof, anyone can sue.

It is up to the plaintiff to prove his/her case by a preponderance of evidence.

If the woman does sue you, you should contact your homeowner's/rental insurer. This may be covered under that policy.
