Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Am I responsible for my son accidently shooting a friends tooth and breaking half of it. This was an air soft battle in another area of our neighborhood and the injured kid was also playing airsoft. Is it all my responsiblity as a parent to pay the medical cost or is it the injured kids parents because they allowed him to play as well.

Putting aside the legalistic issue of "responsibility" for a moment (negligence ,etc.) you may have insurance that covers this without regard to fault. Most homeowner's policies have "med-pay" coverage which pays the medical bills for accidents on your property. Even if it did not happen on your property you may have some coverage that will assist you. Call your insurance agent and/or get out your policy and look.

In addition to what Ronald said, you are responsible for the acts of your child.

They allowed their child to play, but it wasn't their child who shot and injured someone.
