Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Was hurt from a fall off a ladder on a property I was renting cutting down a tree limb needed 2 surgeries and am still in pain. Any advice?

Unless you can point to someone who somehow contributed to your fall, I don't see a case of any sort. Maybe you should consult with a local attorney who can take the time to discuss all of the surrounding facts in more detail and offer some encouragement.

Advice about what? This is a legal forum and you did not tell us what you are asking. Are you asking who can you sue because you chose to climb a ladder and fell? Who exactly do you think that could be?
