Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

my husband recieved a full and final release and indemnity agreement saying he had received monies for a settlement for a injury he received from a insurance company they want him to sign and return it there is a addendum at the bottom of the paper saying ;check will be issued upon receipt of medicare lein and executed release but no monies have met our hands should we sign this paper and send back to them our attorny says for us to sign and return to him
