Being sued!
Am being sued re:mvc (@ fault dui) my domestic partner and I share a residence (own) and other material possesions.Can the other parties sue to claim thess properties as part of the settlement?

Assuming the Plaintiff gets a judgment against you, he/she can go after any property in which you have an interest, even property which you own with another person. Consult with a local attorney.
