Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Three huge tree branches fell on my car over 3 weeks ago and initially the property manager accepted negligence and assured me that they would pay for all damages and there was not need to worry, We are going to take care of you. They took multiple pictures of the incident and everything. Before the incident, they had contractors in completing exterior maintenance on the apartment (e.g., repairing roof and side shingles). The contractors were on and around that tree. Of course now the claims representative recently denied fault. What do I do now? Do I contact the property manager again? Make him aware of this mistake.

If you carry full coverage on your car you simply do what you should have done on day one - call your car insurer.

You failed to state how the apartment management is liable or negligent. What is the "mistake" you mention? All we know is a tree fell. Trees and limbs often fall without negligence or fault of anyone. As mentioned, under any circumstances, you should have contacted your auto insurer AND your rental insurer (in case it might be covered). By waiting several weeks, you may have harmed your chance of a claim.
