What are the legal ramifications if someone knowingly lies (with proof) on their seller's disclosure form during a real estate transaction and causes a loss of money based on the fraudulent information that they provided?

It really depends on the exact circumstances, but there certainly could be an action for fraud and breach of the sales contract. The buyer may be able to undo the sale or simply sue for monetary damages.
