Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hello, I'm Malik...I live in an Extended Stay Hotel in Georgia, and I'd like to know if the Manager can throw one out on a whim if he sees fit?...Or, does he have to go through the normal eviction process, like a normal rental property?...I sign a month to month lease here, and I've been here for over a year...

Unless the lease has different language as to notice, they must give you 60 days and you must give them 30 days.
