Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I move in a newly apartment with serious water damage. I have respiratory problems. They are willing to fixing the problem while I am in the apartment. I been in the apartment for 2 weeks. What are my rights in moving?

Since they are fixing it, if you move you will owe rent after you move (for the rest of the lease) unless they agree in writing to waive it.
