Deeds transfering property should be prepared by an attorney who also provides measures for proper execution and recording of them. The fee for doing this is nominal compared to the costs associated when an error is committed. Call my firm if you want to discuss what is involved.

There are many real estate lawyers in Macon who can prepare the deed (if that is what is appropriate), and take it to the local courthouse. Thye can also do a quick records search to make sure the transfer is consistent with security deeds or other related documents. It is not merely a "form" and local access to th courthouse records is important.
