If I am renting a house that is in foreclosure, will I have to move out once the home is auctioned?

Yes. However, oftentimes the buyer at auction will want to keep you in the house, at least for a while, because that is an income stream for him/her until he/she can decide what to do with the property. Attend the auction and get the contact info for the buyer.
