Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Signed Real Estate Contract

We submitted an offer on a house 45 days ago and the contract was signed by the sellers on August 14th with verbal approval from the bank. When the contract was sent to us the sellers did not provide the written approval from their bank. Today, a higher offer was submitted on the house. Do we have any legal rights, as the buyers, with the signed contract?

You are asking for a blind guess. No one here knows what the contract says, whether it was ever binding, who the banks are and why they have a say in it, etc. No one can possible answer your question with the information provided.
