Theft
Is there any other resource for me if my safe was stolen from my home and it contained $20,000 in cash and my insurance company only wants to give me $200.00 for my lose.

Not sure what you mean "resource." No one here has your insurance policy or knows what is or is not covered. Read your policy. You do not state what is covered, much less how the insurer did not comply with the agreement.
