transfer deed from deceased husband

My husband and previous wife owned a lot together in GA. He recevied lot as part of divorce but never transferred deed before his death. His will left all assets to me (2nd wife). First wife signed a quit claim deed to me. What form do I need to submit to court to transfer deed to me? Will Deed of Assent work? I am also the executor of his will which I have now probated.
