Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

I came to the U.S when I was 14 in 2004 on a tourist visa that expired in 2008. I have tried numerous amounts of times to obtain status and have failed for one reason or another. I've been attending school since 2004 and have never been in kind of trouble. About a month ago I was stopped in a road block and arrested for not having a license. My court date is coming soon and I am completely lost about what will happen. Deportation, jail, fine??? I really need any type of assistance, thank you.

You should have employed an immigration lawyer several years ago. At this point you MUST do that before traffic court. Make sure your lawyer is a specialist in immigration. This is a complex and difficult matter where you will not find any answers online. You need a lawyer and waiting in 2008 was a huge mistake. Waiting a month since your ticket also was a huge mistake. Hire a lawyer in the next few days.
