Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was sent a traffic offence ticket through the mail. I was so busy with school that I forgot to pay for it. It is now a week overdue. Since the car is under my mothers name, is there a warrant out for her arrest? I wanna go to the courthouse myself, but I'm scared of what will happen.

You are asking for a guess about what has happened. The longer you stay scared and don't take care of it, the more likely something bad will happen. Take responsibility and go to the office and take care of it.
