Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

I was pulled over on Tuesday Morning in Adel Ga for doing 70 in a 50. Not that it matters but the speed limit dropped from 70, to 65, to 60 within a matter of seconds. What's funny is that all of the other signs except the one that said 50, were regular posted signs. However the one that said 50 was on a flashing light display board that no one can see with the 7:30 AM moring sun beaming down. And wouldn't you know, the cop just happend to be waiting right behind the sign. At any rate I was told I was told I was doing 70 and asked for my license. After a few minutes, I was told I was going to be arrested for driving on my suspended Florida License (which is where I live and was on my way back to) Now, I explained to the cop that I had paid a ticket agency in Miami and have proof of such to handle this case. I was still arrested. My bond was $1287 or $150 property bond. I was never read my miranda rights or asked to sign the ticket. i now have to drive bck for court. Is this fightable?

Sure you can fight it (just as you can contest any ticket), but telling us one side of the story won't help. With your issues, you are well advised to get a lawyer in the county who handles these matters and avoid more serious consequences.
