Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

my brother was married to his wife for 5yrs.and he died,my father set up a will and stated that all his children would share equally with the land,he stated that if that son or daughter had no kids it would be divided among the other siblings,if any of the children died and had kids that share would fall to his or her kids,my question is what rights does my brothers wife have and they had no kids to this marriage and was only married 5yrs.they nver built anything on this land.

If the will is worded as you say (and you should pay a lawyer to review it) your brother's wife would have no claim at all.

I assume by your question that your brother died before your father. If so, I agree with Glenn's answer. If your father died first. your brother's share would pass by his will.
