Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

I have still not obtained all the proceeds that were awarded to me in my final divorce decree. I am preparing a new will that includes my new husband. Do I need to specifically state that he has the authority to pursue and obtain the money that I would still be owed by my ex husband?
