Letter of Administration
Have been issued Letter of Administration over mother's estate. Brother original executor but mentally incapacitated in nursing home in FL on Medicaid. I'm afraid if he receives his portion of inheritance he'll be taken off Medicaid until monies spend then has to reapply again. Place in nursing home not guaranteed as there's waiting list. I'm fearful a move would be the end of him. Any options?
