how long can a will be held up

How long can an executor hold up a will and all of the money if all of the parties in the will aren't in agreement. I get first chance to buy the land, and split the money with my cousins. but we're not in agreement on a price. I am the executor. What can i do?

An executor makes decisions about a sale in most estates so it sounds like you are in need of going to see your lawyer(and should have already asked him).
