probated will
my mothers will has been probated and my brother is the executor of the will .her house has been sold 2 months and he has not distributed the money .what happens if he does not divide the money?

Your brother may be wearing two hats, one as executor and the other as a beneficiary. In his capacity as executor, he is only supposed to do what the will dictates. Consult with a local attorney.
