How can I find contact information for someone/atty/executor in charge of a management trust, which is listed as the owner of a townhome. The townhome is abandandoned, lots of problems, and HOA says they can't do anything because they can't find the owner. This is in Atlanta, Ga. I thought Trusts had to be registered somewhere with contact information. How can I find out who's in charge? Thank you!

I don't know of anywhere that trusts must be registered. (You can ask you bank if they do trusts, and if so, what is the answer.) You are going to need a private investigator to track this down. If you need a referral, feel free to give me a call.
