Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Will transfer from one state to another

I have a will that was created and registered in Denver, CO.

I have now moved to Georgia and want to find out how to make it legal in this state. Thanks

Your will is more than likely valid in Georgia, but it is always a good idea to have it reviewed by a Georgia attorney to be sure all of its provisions will work here. One thing to watch out for is that Colorado has probate exemption rules which do not apply in Georgia.

You can't "make it legal". It either meets the GA requirements or it doesn't. There is no way to tell without having it reviewed by a local attorney.
