how long for probate process?
I received a letter from court saying my family was settling an estate of 374 acres between 25 heirs. How long can this probate process take? Its been a year sisnce an administrator was granted to the estate and we've heard no word from her. Is she required to split the inheritance equally according to dollar value or according to equal acre size(374 divided by 25, some of the 25 parcels worth more and some parcels worth less)?
